1. Who operates Aitball

Aitball is operated by Baltimix Technologies L.L.C-FZ. Aitball helps you consider different perspectives on a question through AI-generated debates.

2. Information we collect

The following information is linked to your account:

• Email address: used for sign-in and account access.
• Account/user ID: an identifier used to associate your account with your debates, usage and subscription access.
• Debate and user content: questions you enter, clarification answers, generated arguments, saved debate state and transcripts, and safety-handling results.
• Purchase and subscription state: your plan, product, entitlement status and subscription period information needed to determine access. Aitball does not receive your payment card or bank details.
• Usage and service data: debate counts, allowance consumption, timestamps, completion or failure status, and AI request usage and cost records needed to operate the service.

Free-text questions may contain personal information you choose to include. Please avoid entering information you do not want processed by Aitball and its AI service provider, including sensitive information about yourself or others.

3. How we use information

We use this information for app functionality: to authenticate you, generate and save debates, resume your work, operate subscription entitlements and allowances, and keep the service working. Service records also help us investigate failures and respond to support requests where applicable.

We process debate content through a server-side safety check for high-risk requests. This may provide a safety response or a safer question instead of a normal debate. Safety outcomes and related service state may be saved with the account-linked debate attempt.

Your saved debates are associated with your account and are not made available to other users through Aitball. This does not mean they are anonymous or inaccessible to the operator and service providers needed to run the service.

4. Service providers

• Supabase provides authentication and database storage for account, debate, usage and entitlement records. Normal sign-in uses email links. A separate password sign-in path is provided for Apple App Review through Supabase authentication.
• OpenAI processes debate questions, clarification context and relevant debate content on our server’s behalf to produce AI responses and safety classifications. Aitball does not need to send your account email address as part of those AI requests. Provider-side handling is subject to the provider’s applicable terms and settings.
• RevenueCat uses an account identifier and purchase/subscription information to help verify and manage access to paid plans.
• Apple handles App Store subscription purchases and payment processing for the iPhone app. Subscription information is used through RevenueCat to update your Aitball entitlement. Apple handles payment details under its own policies.

These providers perform different roles; we do not send every category of your information to every provider.

5. Advertising and tracking

Aitball does not display advertising, use your data for advertising or cross-app tracking, or sell your personal data. The account-linked information described above is used for app functionality.

6. Retention

Account-linked content and service records may be retained while your account and the operation of the service require them. This includes saved debates, unfinished or blocked attempts, usage records and subscription state. When you delete your account, Aitball deletes these account-linked records from its database. Apple purchase history and records retained by service providers are governed by their own policies and are not deleted by this control.

7. Your choices and deletion requests

You choose what to include in a debate question and can stop using the service. Signing out does not delete your account or saved debates. Signed-in users can permanently delete their Aitball account and its associated saved debates, usage, allowance and entitlement state from Delete account in the account menu.

Account deletion does not cancel an active App Store subscription or delete Apple’s purchase history. App Store subscriptions must be managed separately in Apple ID subscription settings. RevenueCat and other service providers may retain records under their own applicable policies. 8. Children

Aitball is a general-purpose thinking tool and is not designed for children under 13. Its App Store age rating is 13+ in most regions; regional ratings may differ. Aitball does not currently provide parental controls or age verification.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when Aitball’s functionality or data handling changes. The current version will be available on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
